Day Two and all is well

I woke up this morning, had a light breakfast of a slice of toast, some yoghurt and fruit and then I started my new exercise regime…

This morning I did some pilates stretch work with Griffin showing me how to become strong. Ok, this was acrually pretty decent work and it really did get me stretching my body out nicely.

After that I got Griffin to be my right hand man while I did 3 sets of 10 each of push ups, sit ups, abdominal crunches and tricep dips.

After that I had a 30 minute slow run on the treadmill.

I am pretty sure I will feel a little stiff on the morrow, though I think the hour and a half swimming with Griff and Emma at the Leisure Centre today will have done wonders to help keep that down a little.

I had a tuna salad for lunch and a chicken salad for dinner.

So far, I think I have started off fairly well.

Still no nicotine or alcohol…
